
Voyager Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita

For the Pineapple Margaritas:
• 6 chunks fresh Pineapple 1" cubes
• 2-3 slices fresh Jalapeno
• Pinch Sea Salt
• 4 oz. Tequila silver or reposado
• 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz. fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz. Triple Sec
• 1 tsp. Agave Syrup
• 1 tsp. Voyager Mild Jalapeno Pineapple Hot Sauce
For the Rim:
• 1 tsp. Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
• 1/4 tsp. freshly cracked Black Pepper
Recipe:
1. Muddle the fresh pineapple chunks, jalapeno slices, and a tiny pinch of sea salt in a cocktail shaker until the pineapple is broken down (about 20-30 seconds.).
2. Pour in tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, hot sauce and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
3. Stir the rim ingredients together in a shallow bowl or on a small plate. Run a pineapple wedge (or lime wedge) over the rims of two glasses, and dip them into the rim mix. Shake off any excess and fill the glasses with ice.
4. Strain the margarita between the glasses, and garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk and pineapple leaf. Serve and Enjoy!
