
Voyager Homemade Guacamole & Fresh Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:
• 6 Ripe Avocados
• 1 Small Yellow Onion, Finely Diced
• 4 Roma Tomatoes, Diced
• 6 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Finely Chopped
• 2 Jalapeno Peppers, Seeds Removed and Finely Chopped
• 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
• 2 Limes Juiced
• 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
• 1 Tablespoon of Mild Jalapeno Pineapple Hot Sauce• 100% Pure Avocado Oil
• Fresh Yellow Corn Tortillas
Recipe:
1. Slice Avocado's in Half, Remove the Pit, and Scoop into a Mixing Bowl.
2. Mash the Avocado with a Fork and Make it as Chunky or as Smooth as Preferred.
3. Add the Remaining Ingredients and Stir together. Give it a Taste Test and add a Pinch more Salt or Lime Juice if needed.
4. Serve the Guacamole with Tortilla Chips (Next Step).
5. Heat Avocado Oil in Deep Pan until boiling temp (375 degrees).
6. While Avocado Oil is getting hot, cut Yellow Corn Tortillas into 4 Quarters.
5. Place Yellow Corn Tortilla Quarters into hot Avocado Oil (Don't Overcrowd).
6. Flip Tortilla Quarters every one to two minutes until very light brown color.
7. Once lightly brown on each side, place Tortilla Quarters on a cooling rack and sprinkle each Tortilla Quarter with a Pinch of Salt. Serve and Enjoy!
